I have really appreciated the effort to communicate that they have made a priority. They work pretty much non-stop including weekends. The work performed has been exemplary.
The Fox Chimney company’s work is not cheap, but it is honest and you get what you pay for.
I will have the Company back to my residence again. They are the best in town.

They inspected and cleaned our gas fireplace which had not been inspected/cleaned for many years with infrequent use. We wanted to use it more often and wanted to ensure the unit was in proper working order. Email/text reminders and tech enroute texts are a nice touch. Highly recommend!

Update: They were able to do the entire job in one day. I have yet to try the fireplace, but as I said above, the job comes with a good warranty. I'm not worried. I can recommend these guys. They delivered as promised.
Update #2: Fireplace works great! So nice to have a roaring fire and know that the chimney is safe and sound.
